It appears that Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Natanyahu will visit India in the near future now that his foreign minister Gideon Sa’ar has landed in New Delhi on Monday night the 3rd of November 2025
On Tuesday Gideon Sa’ar will formally meet Dr S Jaishankar at the Hyderabad House in Delhi.
Most likely he may also meet the Prime Minister Narendra Modi before flying-off back home early next morning.
It may be recalled that Netanyahu’s visit to India has been delayed for quite sometime primarily due to war in Gaza, political instability in Israel and Covid-19.
While India and Israel have a close security relationship, high-level visits have been relatively fewer in recent years after the initial momentum built during the first term of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who because the first Indian premier to visit Israel in 2017. The next year, Netanyahu visited India.
